Who am I?

Hi! I'm Evi Adams, the face behind Adams Office Support.


I live in Aarschot, am the mother of a great son and share my house with an enthusiastic dog.

In my spare time I like to go out for a walk or a trip.

Helping people is in my nature — whether it’s with a planning tool, a tidy inbox, or just a listening ear.

From that passion I started as a Virtual Assistant (VA). Not only because I like order and structure, but especially because I see how many self-employed people drown in administration.

And yet they need their time and energy to do what they are good at: expanding their business.

My mission

My mission is simple: to give self-employed people breathing space.

I take care of administrative tasks, help you streamline your invoicing and planning, and work with you to see how things can be made more efficient.

Not only by taking things over, but also by advising and guiding you — so that you can continue smoothly on your own in the long term.

I do not believe in expensive wages or fixed contracts that put you under pressure as a small entrepreneur. As a VA I am flexible, tailored to your needs and budget.

In a previous job I built up the entire administration of a Sales team from scratch.

This gave the salespeople more time for their customers and the company ran more smoothly.

I now use that experience to give your business peace, clarity and growth.
